Somebody please help, I cannot resist having a few glasses of wine EVERY night! What can I do to stop this.

Same here and I'm sitting here cringing. I hate drinking and hate myself for doing it.

Unfortunately not. My daughter was home so late that I couldn't help but finish the whole bottle
