Adopting third sibling

Hi. Some years ago we adopted two sisters who are now 4 and 6 years old and happy and settled. We have been approached by the adoption agency to ask us if we were willing to adopt their newborn half-sister who is only some months old and in a foster home. I was wondering if anyone had experienced adopting a third sibling and what it was like. Thanks
