My LO is being re-assessed to update their PEP this week. They are nursery age. This is the first one I've been involved with, and I'm keen to get as much from it as possible to lay foundations for the right support for transition to school.

Does anyone have any experience of these, and tips for issues I should raise or questions I should be asking? Thank you!
