Hello there
Looking for some seasoned advice! Field is nursing 20+ years experience.

A few years ago I left clinical practice for a role in academia. I gained my FHEA and PGCert HE but left as felt I still had more to give in clinical practice. I also had issues about the chaotic approach of the department, number of students over quality of teaching ethos and suffered from crippling imposter syndrome.

Several years later I am being asked to consider applying for a post at the university again and it's very tempting ( no shift work, good holidays, more autonomy).

Is there anyone who can help me order my thoughts as to whether this is a good move?
