Social work/ child protection jobs

Hey there,
Having spent the last 12 years in Germany I am now planing on returning to the U.K. possibly Glasgow with German husband and our two boys. We're both social workers looking to work in child protection so I'd like to find out how difficult it is to get jobs in that area in Scotland.
