Using NVIVO to code diary entries

Has anyone done this? I have to do this for a project I'm working on and can't work out how I would code them.
The diary entries will be daily, but brief, and I would need to compare between participants, but also between weeks.
Can't find any info on google and think I may not have found the right search term.
