UK holiday help

Looking to book our first UK holiday with our son in May. We've been looking at the Haven sights in Yorkshire, wondered if anyone had been to any of them and would recommend/not recommend any of them? Will be booking a bronze caravan as will only be used to sleep in with a few meals here and there. Can you fit a cot in the master room? He'll be 2.5 at the time so if not we'll take a bed guard. Thanks!

Reighton sands was lovely when we went about 5 years ago. Smaller than the other sites in Filey so not as busy, there's a lot owner caravans which is usually a good sign. My kids loved the pool with the lazy river.
You usually find if you take a two bed caravan the master bedroom is bigger and can fit a cot.

We are going to Craig Tara in July with Haven. Been several times. Ime take a screwdriver and a travel cot! Take the top off a single bed - few screws literally - and put the cot in the space! Or you can hire a bed guard but waste of cash - we just put a few pillows on the floor but ds never fell oyt- few months off 3 then.
