I’ll say it again for all the new people so they can see it here ..I rang up today for an update and they were working on claims from the 19th of July just for everyone wandering ..mine was scanned on the 19th so he said it will probably go to decision maker next week xx

Is that first claims or renewals do you know? I sent of our renewal that week.

@Hannm123 hi ok that’s great I’m never sure wot to think I phoned aswell he did ask to confirm my bank sort code for payment 🤔 but also said it still being looked at nothing about decision maker and that can take another 3 weeks October 🙄 mines was received 23rd July so on the 8th week now xx

It's normally 8-9 weeks from what I seen in the old post when it get to decision maker it's not long at all mine went on Friday to decision maker and check this morning and had been awarded xx

Yea @Mummyof3boz your a week ahead of me so hopefully you should hear soon I think they only tell you October to stop us ringing.they told me end of sep at first then when I rang today they said hopefully go to decision maker next week so hopefully yours should be passed to them this week x

That’s shorter than I thought, I’m half braced for 12 weeks minimum wait!

I was going to post it in July but decided to wait till CAMHS who then sent us to a Paediatrician and we have a diagnosis now of ASD and ADHD, plus significant MH issues which she is having therapy for.

I’ve been unable to work since May as I’m needed around the clock and she can no longer cope with after school childcare.

No problem @gemconks @whatsthebfd after you'd dla form is sent it 8-9 weeks roughly I think most of us are in the same boat when it comes to work in all honesty they do need a lot of care I hope everyone gets the help they need because it's not easy our job and extra money is definitely needed xx

@Sirzy hello, they are doing renewals the week they run out. I sent my sons on the 28th may and it runs out on the 2nd October. I have been waiting nearly 16 weeks!! Called today and they said it hopefully it will be done the week it runs out. When does your child’s run out? X

I posted on the last thread. They received my claim on 7th June, I finally got through on Friday after 50 minutes waiting and the nice chap said it was still waiting to be seen by decision maker. It runs out on the 27th so I'm getting a bit nervous.
