Just wondering what your 3 bed terraced house bills are like per month? We are moving from having lived in a flat for 7 years so not sure how much more it will be. Only looking for essential bills really, so...

There's 5 of us, DH and I at home most of the day and the kids all school age.

Council tax - £236
Water - £65
Gas and electric - £100

Council tax varies on the value of your property. We were in a 3 bed terrace in a different county and it was only £110 a month there.

Council tax is set by the Council, you can look it up

Water depends on whether you are on rates or meter, how much use, where you live

Gas/electric depends on what your tariffs are and how much you use

Knowing what anyone else pays won't help you at all as there are too many variables but you should be able to make a fair estimate yourself with the actual address and average tariffs/usages which will be much more useful for your own budgeting

Our full outgoing including mortgage, food car etc is £1600. I know as that’s the figure we put in the household bills account.

We're in a three bed semi.

I'm not sure what our water is as it's included in rent here, before it became included in the rent it was £45 a month fixed charge. Council tax is £133 a month. Gas/electricity is £75 a month combined.
