Camping with kids / festival list help

Hi all, IF it goes ahead I’m taking the kids to a 3 day festival camping, non electric and would love some help with advice / a list please. So far I have:

An inflatable tent
1 x double foam mattress (possibly too big to carry though it rolls?)
A portable bucket loo and cat litter
1 x pull down lantern and 2 x electric lamps
An adult camping chair

As you can tell I’ve only camped alone!

Bin bags
Ear plugs
Zip lock bags
Lots and lots of wet wipes
Rain coats
Comfy trainers
Flip flops
Glow sticks
Ant-proof box or bag for storing snacks inside tent
Basic first aid stuff and bug spray
Children’s camping chairs or cushions with carry handles
Dry shampoo

A trolley to transport all stuff from the car to your tent
A permanent marker to write your mobile number on your dc

Power banks, or a basic mobile with a long battery life.
Chairs for children
A tent you can carry yourself. (How close will your car be? Our inflatable weighs tonnes!)

What age children? Will they be a help or will you need to watch them every second

Oh those I wouldn’t have even thought of half including writing phone number genius!

Inflatable is fecking huge I’ve done it alone but used a shavings trolley.

Kids are 11, 9 and 7 so should be able to cart some stuff.

I'd ditch the loo. Take the smallest tent you can get away with, camping mats and sleeping bags. Don't bother with mattresses. Are you going to be cooking at all? I'd not bother to be honest! Take snack food, but nothing that needs cooking. Bottles of water - they'll charge you a fortune on site!
A blanket with waterproof backing is always handy. I second a decent solar charger and solar/wind up torches.
Sun cream, waterproofs and wet wipes!

Oh and loo roll on a loop of string. Then you can hang it over your neck, it doesn't have to touch the toilet and your hands are free for actually going to the loo! Don't rely on what's in the toilets.

Was thinking of cooking but it seems a faff, was wondering if I can get away with one bought hot meal a day then just a load of snack food for breakfast/lunch.

Toilet roll on a string is GENIUS I hate festival loos though hoping a family one might be less disgusting than the others I’ve been to

Cereal bars and similar are good for breakfasts, otherwise it's full on eggs etc.
I'd have a light breakfast, buy a big lunch (pasties and similar are good and filling), then have a lighter dinner with snacks in between.
