I can book two weeks in advance. I assume that’s because I have a delivery pass, maybe?

I can book two weeks in advance (but am priority, shielding, so maybe that's why). Choice of standard slot or saver slot.

If no delivery pass then you can only book a week in advance

I can book 2 weeks, there is a tab at the top so you can click the 2nd week. I have a delivery pass so don't know if it different if you don't have one.

I can book 2 weeks ahead but I have a delivery pass and have been identified as a priority customer.

So I think think a standard customer can only book a week ahead, then.
Is it worth buying a delivery pass if you wanted weekly deliveries on average?

I get my money's worth with mine. The mid week is cheaper but I have the anytime and it is worth it.

I haven't had any problem getting a slot every week.

I've not had a problem getting a delivery slot. Mine is delivered on a Sunday, and on that Sunday I put in my order for the following Sunday, so it's there - a bit like a placemark. I add to it during the week as I need to.

I've only once recently not been able to get a delivery slot, and that was when we first went back into lockdown - but I still got a click & collect slot.

Yes only a week ahead. We have had quite a few substitutions with Sainsbury’s recently so going back to Tesco. If the sub is cheaper, they keep your money and take it off your next shop and this really annoys me. We don’t accept substitutions now as then you get a quick refund.
