That house typifies the absurdity of london prices. Ok it's substantial and has a lot of bedrooms but the inside is so very average. There was nothing of the remotest interest inside. £1.7m?! Insane.

Yep, that's London prices for you. It's large but really 5 bedrooms with a box room that's too small to label on the floorplan. Also there's only one proper bathroom upstairs, I'd want another. And I don't care for the kitchen layout. I'll be interested to see how much it ends up going for...
