We were due to complete on a property early March but have been delayed until May, due to supply issues caused by the lockdown. This is happening to hundreds of peoples buying new builds across Wales. We are petitioning for those who have exchanged, but had completion delayed due to lockdown are allowed to benefit from the LTT holiday they initially would of.
