I must get some more. Within a week I feel like a new woman, when I finish them I don’t buy more because they are expensive, but then I feel awful again and spend weeks trying to justify if I should buy them again. I will order some now.

@heybeendyingtomeetyou out of stock, must be magical!!!

I always feel better when I make fruit smoothies but supplements have never done anything for me.

They are popular but are also available in boots & on Amazon etc.
I have fruit & veg smoothies every day but don’t feel the magic

That will depend on your age tbh.

I take magnesium and really notice when I don't

Magnesium for me too, I have really noticed the difference every time I've stopped taking it for a while.

I take cod liver oil and Vitamin B complex everyday. I do feel a difference in my energy levels when taking them - B complex in particular is very good.

Magnesium Oxide and Collagen for me. I've also just started taking a multivitamin with iron in it as I think I'm quite deficient at the moment.

I've never stuck with taking supplements before but the magnesium is to prevent the horrible migraines I get and it's really working. The collagen is amazing too - stronger nails and a glow that I haven't had in years!

@SunnySideDownBriefly which brand of collagen do you use please?

Magnesium glycinate for me. Not cheap but magical.

I sleep better and it has cured my restless legs which has helped tremendously.

Always took vitamin d3, have dabbled with magnesium but couldn't tell a difference really. Going to start again and some iron. I was taking cbd oil and it was really good but it's so expensive and when my husband when to put the pipette in his mouth he tilted the bottle at the same time and poured it On the floor Angry😂

I take Immunace, magnesium, folic acid, and very high strength vit D (I tested severely deficient for it last year.) Also B12 jabs every 3 months due to pernicious anaemia.
When I need an extra boost I find Pharmaton to be really good, especially if I'm run down.

Vitamin D.

16 year old ds told me he can't believe how different he has felt since taking them.

A daily dose of kick up the arse! Does me wonders.

I take magnesium carbonate - you deserve the powder in hot water and drink it. I started two weeks ago because of pregnancy insomnia, waking at 4am, restless legs etc. I have slept through the night except the one time I forgot to drink it... so I'd say it works for me!

We take Berocca daily, I know it's one of those things that people say is an expensive placebo, but if nothing else it means I wake up well and not groggy. I don't think I'm particularly deficient in anything so it seems to cover all bases. I figure it's much cheaper than having a day off work sick (it's stopped us getting every sniffle going)

Order off Amazon. I used to do a regular order, but have found there's always one flavour that's particularly cheap each month so buy at the time.

I really do notice a difference when I take women's vitamins.

The only brand I've tried are the Bioglan Women's Gummies. As they're very tasty and may as well make it feel a treat.

I got them in H&B before but I see they're a good price on Amazon too so will probably swap to there for my next batch as saves a trip out.

Gin

most certainly! Grin

I have found that magnesium helps but bi-glycinate powder is the most effective form to help me sleep and relax. Must order some more as my current citrate tablets are not cutting it.

I always take d3 as I use sunscreen all year ( use tretinoin)

How old are you?.

I take soya isoflavones and feel better for it but you can’t substitute a good diet and no booze.

@Fluffycloudland77 I have 4 booze free nights a week and i do really notice the difference in terms of my energy levels and quality of sleep.

I like Emergen C, they are stupidly expensive here and usually get them in America. I really notice the difference when I don't.
