Hypothetical question... If there was no financial order who gets the pension?

If no financial order was put into place when a man divorced, he consequently remarries and then does, who gets the pension? And maybe the house, but I'm thinking that would automatically go to the second wife.

I would think both would go to the second wife unless otherwise arranged.
