Any recent users of the INNOVO pelvic floor shorts thingymajigs?

Has anyone recently used the INNOVO pelvic floor exerciser shorts? I can find old reviews when they used to be a wrap for each thigh. They are now shorts which looks easier but at £300 I don’t want to take a gamble!

I gather now I’m sat on my arse every evening, I may as well be sat on my arse exercise internally! Do they actually work? Will I really be bothered to use them 5x a week. Feels like a lot of effort. Essentially I am incredibly lazy and more than happy to throw money at it if it actually works.

Did you buy one in the end? I’ve been looking at buying one but it’s very expensive!

I’m interested in it as well as I never feel if I’m doing exercises right myself and I am lazy. This would be a great solution just expensive.
