How to look like Shakira?!

Want to look like her in that new video plz, preferably while still eating Chinese takeaways and eating Maltesers.

Seriously though, how does she do it? Same as Jennifer Lopez, they both look fab. They should release workout routines. Cos I'd definitely do it. (Eats crisps and drinks wine).

Same! I have a horrible feeling it involves a lifestyle I can't have and discipline I don't have.

I looked up J.Lo's workout and meal routine online a while ago as she is goals. But saw she never drinks alcohol or coffee, and works out 3 hours every day.

No thanks!!

Shakira just comes across as one of those people who is so good on the inside it shines out of her. Shes stunning

Jlo looks amazing for her age, she works out a lot, a lot more then I would be willing to

It’s their job and they’re good at it. Drive and ambition to make mega money by looking good. And sounding good of course.

My reward for not eating nice food and losing some weight is fitting into last years new look jeans. Not the same really.

I think it just boils down to luck that her breasts are small and humble.

Haha OP! It’s a mixture of genes, hard work, discipline, a great fitness level, soft lighting, a team of hairdressers, makeup artists, good moisturiser and fake tan. 😅 HTH!

Behind the scenes! Even this is ‘artistically’ filmed! Not a bead of sweat in sight!

Also by this stage in their careers, a dietician or nutritionist, personal shopper, chef, top range skincare products and expertise on tap to use them, regular massage and any other therapeutic practises that they find helpful and a long list of premium brands falling over themselves to give you a free supply of anteater gonad serum or whatever their latest must-buy product is in return for a bit of product placement.

Every little helps Grin

Lol this is true 😆.

I just don't think I'll be disciplined enough to look like her. Wow just saw that she is 43... not old, but she looks like a 20 year old.

Definitely all of the above! I was going to add to my own list but didn’t want to come across as too envious... or bitter! 🤣...

@MysweetAudrina that is lucky. People are always confusing my breasts with mountains - had a hillwalking group up there the other day.

Well they don't look like that from 30 minute home workouts I can tell you that!
Private chefs and personal trainers, and never having a day off.

I'll half south American and while not Colombian, I will say that the beauty standards in South America are brutal, much worse than the UK, even with Instagram. Bum implants have been around for years and most plastic surgery is normalised, I remember walking round a posh neighborhood and there were lots of women proudly displaying nose bandages - apparently they'd keep them on deliberately for longer so they could show off they had a nose job!
If you relax a little, women (I actually don't think the men care that much) notice immediately and interpret it as lazy, overwhelmed and incompetent. I was brought up like this, had bikini waxes from age 13 and not allowed to cut my hair or wear anything too alternative but short skirts were encouraged!
You get accustomed to it, also as there is open discussion about what kind okay, what procedures to get there's more feedback and more women getting it "right" IE no botch jobs, or over the top treatments like too much fake tan.

I'll echo other posters with the discipline and they definitely have great genetics. But I think a lifetime experience of beauty treatments, making your hair perfect and the network of feedback will have made an impact too.
