Beginner Yoga

Can anyone recommend a good beginners yoga channel that I can watch on YouTube?
I'm currently 1.5 stone overweight and looking to start doing some yoga along with healthy eating but have never done any before so would be grateful for any recommendations

Loads of people will be along in a minute to recommend Adrienne, but she talks too much for me! Not YouTube but an app - DownDog is really good. Very customisable so you can build up as gradually as you want. And it's free at the moment I think!

Try Eoin Finn videos on YouTube. They’re quite chilled

Thanks for asking this Yankee. I've just watched Eoin Finn the 18 minute at least do this video It looks good.
I tried ti do Adrienne but her talking gets on my nerves. He just seems to direct and go. More like the classes I did in the US.

I would second that the Down Dog app is brilliant - I’ve been using it for over a year and it generates a different routine every time. I would get bored and lose concentration doing the same routines too often!

Adrienne waffles too much for me and there's too much faff before, I don't have time.
I use downdog app,if you're a beginner you might need to look up form for the basic moves as they're still working on a catalogue. You can pick any level though and I keep audio description on full as I like being talked through moves and reminded to keep form.
