Just wondering which park would have more to do for a young teen and her younger sibling? Ideally I would like somewhere she can go off a bit if she wants to...

Definitely Duinrell. It has a larger area to explore and more in the way of entertainment. If you don’t mind her going off site, she could easily walk into Wassenar where there are some nice little gift shops, a market, cafes and even some larger chain shops.

Depends when you're planning on going! Duinrell is shut now and Beekse is open (pool closed). If the restrictions on pools continues, or you're really restricted in the times you can use the attraction B’s and pools, I'd def go for Beekse, staying in the safari park itself, as at least you get to see the animals around you as a different type of experience.

Pre or totally post covid, then Duinrell.

It will be August this year, I am hoping for a lull like last year.

We loved Beekse- went via eurocamp. There is a fantastic safari park and a water park that is part of it. We got unlimited free entry into them when we stayed as it was over 3 nights. My children were younger though. There is a lovely man-made lake with 'beaches' and a boat you can get to go to the waterpark and the safari park. We drove into the nearest big-ish town and it was brilliant! It was actually pride when we went (didn't realise) and the whole town was shut and was full of fair ground rides (decent rollercoasters etc) and stalls.
