Slight fuck up with online shopping means i'm overflowing with satsumas, anyone got any ideas for what to do with them? I love them but won't be able to get through this pile!

Marmalade? Or maybe a curd?
You can make Clementine cake which I would imagine you can sub satsumas for.
Maybe use to flavour a cheesecake?
O wonder if you could use them to flavour a gin or similar.

Download the olio app and give them to neighbours

Stick some into a BIG jar of gin, couple pieces of star anise, cinnamon stick, soon be delicious Wink

I don't normally have that many on my hands, but when DS was younger I used to section them and freeze them and he would eat them from the freezer as sweets.

This is lovely- but not good for a diet!
Handy if you need a gluten free cake too.

My mum makes that clementine cake. It’s fabulous.

Marmalade or a donation to a food bank if they are taking them (may not be to protect volunteers).
