What is your favourite soap scent?

I love to buy a gorgeously scented posh bar of soap to use in the shower, it's my little bit of luxury in the morning.

The shop I always buy it from is outside my local area, (and probably closed anyway). I usually get mango scented, it's my favourite.

I'm about to run out and I thought if I have to buy online anyway, maybe I should be mixing it up and trying a different scent.

What are your favourites?

OP I have started buying all my soap from here. They are not that expensive at all but I love the feeling of proper soap and the scents are amazing.

Argile rouge and paillettes de licorne are amongst my favourites. I am not sure if they do a mango one but they have various fruit flavours.

You have to scroll thru all the products but it's lovely browsing and their service is superb.

The Kew Gardens soap range has the best smells I've come across.

L’Occitane’s almond milk soap for luxury. I buy the individually wrapped hotel size bars so they’re always fresh.
Generic lavender (preferably Yardley) for every day.
DH refuses to use anything but Palmolive, so it’s his signature scent.

Nesti Dante soap is pungent but the bars are huge. I usually saw them in half with a bread knife!

I buy from Chateau du Savon but Kew Gardens mango soap is gorgeous.

Pears soap is my favourite, closely followed by their lemon extract handwash.

Either the Soap Folk peppermint one, or Waitrose basics pink grapefruit.

Soutiner Fri 08-Jan-21 20:10:07

I love the Rose and the Lavender one

@JohnnyMcGrathSaysFuckOff I wanted to shop there just to buy their "fanny" soap for s funny gift but the soap itself looks like it's really beautiful

Ooh I’m a soap fanatic, SO much nicer than shower gel!
I love the Italian Neste Danti, so many gorgeous scents, but the fig is amazing!
I also buy from Mother Moon (can’t do links sorry) if you Google it, it’s a north Wales-!based handmade company with gorgeous soaps, essential oils and facemasks. The lemon and patchouli is sublime 😊

I love the look of those French soaps, so many different ones to try (did giggle immaturely at the fanny one, what does that mean in French then?)

I've made an order from chateau du Savon for a few different fruity soaps. Thank you so much for posting the link.
Really looking forward to trying them all. Maybe I will find a new favourite!

JohnnyMcGrathSaysFuckOff Sat 09-Jan-21 09:49:46

funnyoldonion they also do a mucus d'escargot (snail slime) one.

I think of them like Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans... you get the usual ones, but also.........
