Under Education there is a board called Tutoring which has some useful links.
I've used TutorHunt but they have changed their charging model.

So where else would you think to search if you didnt look on Mumsnet or Tutor hunt?

A lot of people post on our local Facebook page - people looking for tutors, and tutors advertising themselves.

Recommendations from other parents. Ask around...

As other posted have said mainly Facebook and other parents recommendations. Be prepared to go on a waiting list if you’re in the south east.

School. Loads of teachers tutor in their spare time and they'd be able to support the particular concepts they are doing at the time in school

Are you trying to advertise yourself, op?

It sounds like you are a tutor looking for suggestions about where to advertise yourself, is that right?

Sorry you are very blatantly and obviously looking for a survey response for yourself or someone else. This doesn’t at all feel genuine.
