Biggest one is revising for his mocks.
Smallest one on Xbox for a bit then we are going to an outdoor light display.

Mine aren't. None in the area are either, I don't think.

Is 10 a tween? He and the other dc are currently using all the cardboard boxes and odds and ends from around the house to make a car.

That’s a couple of good idea, I’m going to make notes. My mental health isn’t great so any thinking/creative skills are not good at the moment

Playing Minecraft online with his friends

Plonque Mon 21-Dec-20 13:03:14

Mine are all on various screens, bit bored but not much else to do. Weather is drizzly and rubbish.
Might get them helping me cook later.

X box.. Painting with her sister... TV. Football in the hall

BigTallyWacker Mon 21-Dec-20 13:05:19

On rotation. Meh.

BlackberrySky Mon 21-Dec-20 13:05:31

Mine have had several duels with their trading cards, made lunch for my husband, done one piece of homework and then gone to the back of our games cupboard. They have found some games they played when they were younger and are currently playing that one where you fill a plastic whale up with water and try to fish out the seafood without it squirting you!

sunshineandshowers21 Mon 21-Dec-20 13:06:47

my 13 year old son has taken his brother and sister (6&2) into his bedroom to ‘help’ him wrap my christmas presents that he’s bought for me (but they’re from them all). there’s lots of laughing and a background of the smiths.

formerbabe Mon 21-Dec-20 13:06:48

Tv and screens. I want to take them for a walk at least. I also have a 1000 piece friends puzzle I thought it would be fun to do, but they don't want to do anything...it's gonna be a long Christmas holiday

BadTattoosAndSmellLikeBooze Mon 21-Dec-20 13:10:11

kowari Mon 21-Dec-20 13:11:02

I have the day off so we have been out for our Yuletide brunch/lunch tradition, now just reading/Netflix. I am working the next two days so he will spend the days reading on the sofa, 14yo DS.

apricotdreams Mon 21-Dec-20 13:13:07

Still in bed confused

longhaulstress Mon 21-Dec-20 13:16:22

12 year old ds has gone out on his bike for a while, dd14 is doing some wrapping for me. Rest of the day will probably involve screens!

Redkatagain Mon 21-Dec-20 13:16:41

DH and I are both on holiday. DSD and DH are both watching Top Gear.

We’re all self isolating here. DD (11) is face timing her friends, alternating with TikTok. We made banana bread earlier and we watched Operation Christmas Drop this morning. She’s pootling around complaining about being bored mostly 😂
