Non-fiction, inspiring. Brene Brown, Glennon Doyle type thing (I haven't read any Brene Brown, what is her best one?).

Or anything. Perhaps an autobiography. Preferably written by a woman.

Interested in frugality, health, balance, gratitude, psychology.

Thanks!

“lady in Waiting” - Anne Glenconner, about her life, plus friendship with royal family, fascinating book - real life Downton Abbey.

  • fits your biography brief, but not your list

“Some other Rainbow” - John mcartney and Jill Morell, about John Mcartneys experience as a hostage, not a new book but may cover gratitude and psychology (first book i though if when reading your list)

Does it tick a single one of your boxes, but the novels of Rohan Mistry would meet your needs. All about the meaning of life, love, strength, compassion, frugality and being human.

That or Women who Dance with Wolves.

Oh. Sorry, missed your last sentence. These might not tick all of your boxes...
