Really enjoyed watching The Durrells and Anne with an E with my 10 year old. Have also enjoyed Outnumbered. Is there anything else you could recommend that would appeal to both of us? Thank you

The recent remake of All Creatures Great and Small was lovely: very gentle. And the actor who played Leslie in The Durrells is in it!

And what about The Vicar of Dibley?

@TheOnlyLivingBoyInNewCross- have you watched VoD recently? It is brilliant but I had forgotten how much she is obsessed with sex. My teen loved it, but I was a bit 😳

Ah, that’s where I’d seen his face before!

Thankyou for these. Where can we watch All Creatures Great and Small?

ACG&S is fantastic. Grassington is only an hour's drive from us.

DH and I binge watched it in one evening.
We watched it on catch up.

The Good Life
Not sure where you can watch it nowadays. You might have to buy the DVDs.

Ghosts on BBC - 2 series and hilarious. Made by the horrible history lot.

Have you watched the Malory Towers series that was on at the start of the first lockdown. That was great. My 11 year old loves His Dark Materials but I think a lot of it goes waaaay over his head!
