Sad is such a meh word. I don't feel depressed or suicidal. Just really sad tonight. I have felt it all day. I don't need help and I'll be okay. But wanted to say hi to anyone else who is feeling down tonight. You're not alone

Same here, waving hello. Can't sleep as I've been asleep all day Brew

I think a lot of us are feeling like this at the moment.
I like the word "down", as in "I'm just feeling a bit down today". It sort of implies I will move "up" soon and feel better.

I've actually had a nice day today (spent quite a bit of it outsdie which helps) , but I've certainly had quite a lot of sad days over the last 2 months.

It is okay to be sad, sometimes. Flowers

I'm glad you've had a good day today and I'm glad it's just not me that feels this way right now. It's so difficult to remain upbeat and positive sometimes when the world is in chaos.
Hope you have a nice sleep tonight friends and personally hoping I wake up feeling a bit more positive tomorrow ❤️

I feel 'tired'. I mean I feel permanently bloody exhausted, but I also feel 'tired'. Not quite the same as sad or down, but kind of I guess.

SO SO SO much I need to do and no energy or focus for any of it. I've got Jack shit done over the two week half term & back to wrk tomorrow in the cold & dark. Fabulous 🙄

So please send it my way if you have any excess energy!

Big hugs & 🌷🍁 to all

Hello 👋

It's OK to feel sad. I'm sorry that you feel sad, but please don't think it's wrong to feel sad. It's normal, especially now, and it sucks.

I feel sad, too. I miss my family (overseas) and want all this stressful stuff to be over.

Me too. I also have family overseas that I really miss and have no idea when I can see them next. Some days are better than others.

How strange, one of the first posts I see on here and I joined tonight because of feeling sad.

Hope you wake up in a brighter mood Smile

It's a little bit comforting that I'm not the only one x

Literally the reason I joined tonight!

I think it's bloody loneliness.

Its fine 2 feel sad, anxious. Just shows ur human with feelings.. 🙌
PANDEMIC doesnt help. So Try meditation or get urself a gratitude journal and affirmation cards to keep your mind happy.

Hope this helps xx
Keep safe and know your loved

Same, my eyes keep welling with tears even though there's nothing ostensibly wrong. Just fearful all the time!!

It’s got to be the loneliness! Feel so bloody lonely yes I know it’s the middle of the night and everyone’s asleep since hardly anyone messages me and I always have to engage in conversation first and can’t fucking sleep again. Exhausted

Me too. I just miss the spontaneity that we used to have, and I'm tired of planning stuff that can't go ahead.
