Ripped off my pinky nail

2 weeks ago I closed the front door on my little finger, hands down worst pain I've ever felt, dropped to the floor with it. Over the next few days the little finger bruised and black nail.

It's never felt quite right since and tonight in the bath without much warning the whole nail came off!! 🤢

Do I need to do anything, will it grow back
