Anyone else had an email from Tots To Travel today? If so, can anyone translate for me please!

Also struggling to understand what happens next.

I don’t even have a proper booking confirmation as mine is dated for this summer. They transferred the deposit we had paid to a new booking for next summer on a different property but I don’t have an updated confirmation.

Oh dear - do you have proof that you paid them? Ours rebooked for April with full amount paid (we booked it in March with less than two weeks notice... how quickly things go down hill!!)

I have a bit of an understanding of how administration works but this is pretty much gibberish to me. I’ve sent to my accountant sister for help!

I assume it means we just fill out the form for our money back but the form at the bottom with the green at the top could be written in mandarin for all the sense it makes.

I’ve got the payment receipt from the original booking for this year. And if I log onto their online system it says payment received. But I’m guessing their website will go down soon!
