Can anyone give me a scouse recipe for the slow cooker?

I'd love a recipe for scouse and any recipes for hearty stews for the slow cooker using lean cubed beef or chicken. I hate lamb, mince, pork etc
Love stews with like onions peppers and potatoes in with a nice rich gravy
