Can be anything. Just a nice happy thread.

Mine is for the last week I've seen my neighbours grandma ride his scooter back from school but she gets off when a car comes past. She looks like she is having a blast and it just makes me smile Grin

Blackberries. DD is obsessed with them and every day when we go for a walk she gestures at the bushes saying boobear boobear and we try and see if there are still any on them. Today we got a huge unexpected haul and she beamed with her beautiful purple stained face waving her chubby little arms in the air. It was perfect.

A thread on here about mortifying moments, a women with her tiny baby at the Drs, baby poorly. Dr wants to look in the baby’s mouth & asks the mother to put hand on baby’s forehead and tummy so she “posed” the baby’s teeny tiny hands on its own tummy & forehead. I was actually crying with laughter at that.

One of my patients was very glum when she arrived into the surgery (Dental)
She said she had left her phone in the Uber that brought her, couldn't remember her password to log in from my phone, and telephone customer services were impossible to get hold of.
15 minutes later a knock on the door, and the driver had noticed and brought it back to her.
Just a little thing, but she was overjoyed, good deeds and honest people make me smile 😊

The twitter thread about excel-gate was hilarious, i was laughing for ages.

A couple of weeks ago I was in Aldi and there was a young child walking around with a parent and pointing stuff out and shouting how much she loved them ‘Apples, I love apples’ but for everything in the shop. She was amazed by it all. It was so cute, really made me smile.

redcrayons that's gorgeous- I love the enthusiasm of small children. Mine are teenaged now, but still get excited if we're going to have pizza for supper. (Because DD couldn't eat it for years, but now I've managed to make good tasty pizzas with foods she can eat, so we had many years of only eating it about once a year)

Fosterling No.1 (11 months old) letting go of the fireguard and taking his first steps across the floor to DP on Tuesday.

Fosterling No.2 (5.5 months) wakes every morning babbling away to himself in his cot.

Both have had tough starts in life, both are happy joyful little things.

I know how MN loves a wedding poem and I received a shocker in an invitation recently. But the bride-to-be is so lovely I just had a little smile to myself and started Googling outfits.

Mine was a few weeks ago but anyway. I phoned up Apple because I’d locked myself out of the cloud (or something like that anyway) So the guys was taking me through all the security and he says in his lovely American accent ‘can I have a number m’am, any number’?

Me- ‘err...6’

Apple man- ‘your phone number m’am’

I wanted the world to swallow me up.

A toddler in a seat on his Dad’s bike this morning when out for a walk.
Enormous beaming grin and waving and “Hallo! Hallo! Hallo!” to me as he went past in his little bobble hat. ❤️

My Pootle, we adopted her a month ago and she's my shadow, loyal companion and she loves me so much she cries if I leave her (I know this is not ideal btw), but I feel so honoured and special and she makes me smile all the time.

I had a workman in yesterday and couldn’t find my (indoor) cat anywhere. Was starting to panic she’d got out when DS told me she was under my bed. This is a divan bed with approx 5cm gap at the bottom! The guy left and I was sitting on the armchair I have in my room and her little face poked out at me all squished up Grin
