I never use recipes, except when baking a cake. So if I'm maikign a casserole it will always be the same rough recipe, but will taste different each time. \n\nSo most of the time my food is edible, rarely terribly, rarely amazing. \n\nDoes anyone only use set recipes, all the time, and never improvise? I'm guessing this means your food is fabulous all the time? \n\nJust musing over another plate of mediocre quiche and bowl of greyish soup.
