Translation of shoe care info from Spanish or Portuguese (I think)

Just got some new shoes but the info is not in English or any European language I speak. I think it's Spanish or Portuguese (which my phone wanted to write as Sporty guest 😂)

Can anyone read it and tell me any pertinent into I may need to keep my shoes in tip top condition? It may of course all be rubbish I don't need to know. 😬

Spanish speaker with a little bit of Portuguese so I cut out some bits and had to google translate a bit... Fill with newspaper to keep their shape
Avoid wetting your shoes, but if this happens, never put them in the sun. Dry them with shade and away from any other source of color. do not use a hair dryer. Putting newspaper on the inside of the shoe helps to absorb the moisture and helps keep the shape of the shoe. never wet them or dip in water. This can damage the materials.
Obviously, the washing machine is completely out of the question. Never rub with force or thick sponge?
Shoes need to breathe after a whole day in contact with your feet. put in an airy environment in the shade as soon as you take them off. The use of leather shoes for two days in a row is not recommended. it is always recommended, in addition to daily foot hygiene and the use of socks, use of talc.
The most suitable form of cleaning is Lightly moisten a soft ?cotton and gently hold it on the surface to remove dirt.... this is probably the only important bit of it so maybe someone could translate this for u

Very weird to say don't wear leather shoes two days in a row

The not wearing them for two days in a row is to do with fungal growth/athletes foot type issues. If you have sweaty feet then the shoes need to completely dry out between each use otherwise the fungus will get a foothold (pun intended). It's less of an issue in colder countries and if you haven't had a fungal problem before then you probably won't now either.
