Pizza oven / party essentials

We are having a socially distanced family gathering next weekend, and we’ve just got a pizza oven so hoping to let people do their own pizzas (dough will be done) but I’m totally lost in terms of what we need to get...

Pizza peel? Thermometer? Etc

Aside from the actual food what do we need? It’s an ooni fyra pizza oven if that helps!
