I need to start cooking nice dinners again, I am in a very lazy zone so I have dug out my instant pot. I used to do soup and stews but looking for lots of new ideas

Theres a Facebook page with recipe files etc UK Instant Pot community or something. In fact there’s two groups - one of them is for all things IP including their new air fryer model, the other one is a new group set up for those who have a traditional style pressure cooker and got fed up seeing chips and bread posted every day

This slow cooker spaghetti Bolognese recipecan be spedup by cooking it on High for 30 minutes. Use the sauté function at the end to bubble off any excess liquid.
