Outlook follow up emails?

Just wondering if there's a way of creating follow up emails in Outlook or similar to send to recipients a couple of weeks later after sending the original email? To check that the received documents and are they ok etc.

It's for work. I did it last month but had to manually type out then copy paste everything and it took forever. Is there a quick way of doing this upfront eg having a template or something ready to send on to various emails at a later date? Thanks for any advice.

You can save the email you want as a template or even easier, a signature as that just requires 2 clicks to generate the email you want.

You can schedule emails to send at a later date also, you can do that in the options of the email you're drafting.

Ok thanks I'll have a look and see if I can figure out how to set up the template.
