12 year olds party

That time of year again but this year, she just seems to grown up! Last year was a party at Lush making bath bombs but she's suddenly very outdoorsy.

Ideally we'd do Go Ape but it's very expensive as we need to have 6 children, plus a couple of them are small and don't make the minimum height

Any ideas gratefully received!

Watching with interest as mine is coming up very soon (soon to be 12 year old dd)

Last year we had a sleepover for a couple of friends
Year before we did a cinema trip and meal with two friends, we've done parties when she was much younger and a trampoline place

It's hard isn't it! We've done all the pizza making, trampolining, roller skating etc - last year was great and came about from a suggestion on here - a bath bomb making party at Lush!

Am hoping for an equally brilliant but not bank-busting idea!!!

Ds will be 12 this year, it’s tricky for parties. His birthday is just before Christmas so I’m hoping to take him and a few mates ice skating.
If you have an all year round rink near you that might be an idea?

Ice skating?
Do you have a local orienteering course?
DIY and make something up yourself involving geocaching.
Snowdome tobogganing

Look for an outdoor education centre, they can offer things like climbing, kayaking
