Hi, I’ve just found out I’m pregnant 5 months after having my little boy through a c-section. I’m currently experiencing really bad back pain and some tummy pains.. does anybody know if this is normal? I read that it can be a sign of a miscarriage..

Hi, I think back pain and cramps can just be a normal sign of pregnancy. I think if it's really painful, you should go and get it checked out by your GP.

Thank you for your reply! I think I’m just worrying too much that something may go wrong as it’s only been 5 months but I’ll bring it up with my midwife when I get an appointment! Thank you again! X

You're welcome - I'm 100% with you! I've also been anxious about pains etc, as I'm only 4 weeks so mega worried about a CP. it's really stressful isn't it? x

It is super stressful and I know it’s easier said then done but try not to stress too much! I had a relaxing bath, chilled afternoon and honestly I feel a lot better so maybe try that just to calm the nerves a little? X

@thewallisblue that's when my cramps started too! But I didn't know i was pregnant then mine lasted till about 6 weeks maybe? I still get them now but not as often!
