Life insurance/Income protection/Critical illness

What combination of life insurance/income protection/critical illness insurance do you have? I have life insurance sorted but really need to sort out the other two (or possibly only income protection if I decide against critical illness?)

For those who have income protection - did you get as much monthly income covered as possible or did you go for a lower amount? Did you set it to run to the state retirement age, or the age that you are planning to retire?

I only have life insurance which runs to the end of our mortgage term. I work for a local authority though who have very good sickness terms.
