Are your teen dd's crafty? What do they like to do?

I'm looking for something for dd1 to do but so far she's rejected paint by numbers, sewing something with me, making something for her bedroom which we're slowly decorating.

Any suggestions for something she (we - I've been doing quite a few bits with dd2 & think it'd be nice for us to make or do something together too) could have a go at?

One likes to draw and they both like photography.
We’ve had a go at a YouTube forest art tutorial which I found fun but they didn’t.

My daughter has taught herself to crochet and is making an enormous blanket. She watches TikTok videos and has made a couple of modular origami balls. She found a tutorial to make gifts for her best friends involving glass painting with chalk pens to create a picture that can be scanned to play on Spotify.

Also at the start of lockdown my girls bought a keyboard for the Playstation and removed the keys and painted them.

I don’t know how old your dd is so some of this might not fit...How about Decoupage ( you can get big individual letters from hobby craft or perhaps edge of mirror); felting (needle and wet felting is fun); knit or crochet something scarf or Granny squares for a small blanket for bottom of bed or a cushion; mercrame a wall hanging; tie dye something; jewellery making, paracord bracelet is cool and useful or beading; Japanese book binding; doll making; Calligraphy, design invites (for family perhaps) for afternoon tea and bake/make the afternoon tea; bullet journals...
My dds were members of Young Embroiderers and got lots of ideas from their website, have a look.

DD1 likes knitting, has taken up cross stitching this summer and is teaching herself crochet. As well as starting scrapbooking.

Making cosplay outfits, cooking, drawing, painting, jam making, whittling. Nearly all inspiration from YouTube.
