Not going on holiday this Summer but feel DS nedds abit of a break before returning to school as gcses next year, any suggestions?

Any suggestions anyone on this?

DS takes GCSEs next year school have indicated it will be full on in Sept getting them up to speed theyve even cancelled PE so that they concentrate on catching up unless yr taking it that is.

I know it's going to be full on so feel as if he could do with a bit of a break befote he returns BUT we dont want to go abroad dont want to either go to Cornwall or Devon etc where I feel it will be really busy.

Just dont know what to do as need to do something rather than just being stuck at home.

Where do you live? There are tons of other places than just Devon and Cornwall.

Loads of amazing and beautiful places in Scotland, though Nicola Sturgeon doesn’t seem too keen on visitors from England, if that’s where you are.

Could you do a theme park or zoo trip with a hotel ?

If you dont want it to be too busy just look at smaller villages away from the main tourist hotspots. We have loads of lovely villages along the south coast and lose by .......
