I was wondering if anyone can recommend a product or style for thinning hair?

For background, I'm 29 and have always had thin and fine hair. After pregnancy I lost loads of hair and it was thinner than even. I thought I had got away with it this time with my second pregnancy, baby is 4 months now, but I've just had a shower and loads of hair came out in my hands so I think it's going to get even worse

Hi I’m going through this now and I’m losing so much hair I dread washing & brushing my hair at least 50 strands come out Evan if I just run my fingers through my hair 😫🤦🏻‍♀️ Is your hair getting any better now has it stopped shedding so much ?
