Patio furniture cushion storage

Could someone tell me how they store their patio furniture cushions please? In the summer, do you leave them out institu but with a cover over the top or do you bring them in each night? If you bring them in, where do you put them?

I leave them out with a cover but a really thick one - I just can't be arsed to cart them all inside every night

We store ours in a storage bench outside.

Most people have one of those keter storage units - either an ottoman type one or the larger cupboard

Timely thread, I need to know what to do with ours this winter when everywhere local appears to be sold out. We have a heavy duty cover but I want them inside something when we're no longer using them.

It's such a pain in the bum bringing them in at the end of the day and after some reorganizing, I don't actually have anywhere inside now.

I thought of those storage boxes but wasn't sure how waterproof they would be. Plus there's quite a few cushions as it's a corner sofa so I dont know if they'd fit. Has anyone got a link for the one they use?

Ours is a corner one too and all I want is a storage box that all the cushions will fit in and keep them dry. You'd think I was asking for a child to be given as an offering to the ancient gods.

We leave ours outside during "summer". They are made of Sunbrella fabric so are fine to leave out in the rain.
When it starts getting colder they are stored in a larger Keter unit. I'd advise getting one with the hydrolic lid, saves trapping your head/fingers/arms! Ours was from Argos.

I got an outdoor storage box from B&Q, cost me £35 last year and the contents remained dry. It's a heavy duty plastic, and self assembly (the DC did it) but works fine.

Thank you, that's reassuring the storage boxes work. I think I'll invest but when I know its sunny for a few days I'll start leaving them under the cover. One less job in the evening!
