Military planes often don't show up, there are other apps which do but only if the military want you to see them.

Whereabouts in the country are you?

Meant to say it's most likely returning to Duxford or Biggin Hill

Pfft, thought it must be returning from military show. How rude not to be on flight radar!!

Buckinghamshire.

Was lovely. I miss air shows!

Our Essex 'thanks to NHS' liveried Spitfire did a tour of the local hospitals before landing at the airfield 2 miles from my house on Friday. It was massively exiting!

Surely 70yo spitfire is not counted as a military plane? Prob owned by private collection now??

It's perhaps the one that did the flypast for Vera Lynn, wasn't her funeral late last week?

I saw a Spitfire on flight radar last weekend. And I saw a Hawk.

I was quite excited.

My family (other than ds) rolled their eyes.

They did a fly past of Brighton. A spit-fire and a hawk. Was on Friday around mid-day.

The Spitfire that did the tribute to Dame Vera Lynn was back on base around 4pm I think. It was a Battle of Britain Memorial Flight aircraft.

The one flying for the NHS tribute was a private company.
