Anxious with sickness-help me

Hi,

Not COVID related. I woke about an hour ago after going to bed early feeling off. I woke because of pain in my stomach that starts at the bottom radiating up to the bottom of my ribs. It's in the middle not to the side at all my heart is beating so fast, I'm sweating and shaking, I feel sick. I haven't been sick so it might be nerves except the pain. But I just don't know what's brought it on and the pain is quite bad, bad enough to wake me which is usually hard to do. Just wanted a hand hold while I wait to get a bit better I think!

Hey, hope your pain has eased off a bit since you posted. Could it be acid reflux from the stomach? Have you eaten or drunk anything acidic today?
