I start work early and get off early, but even on holiday over the past year I cannot get through the day without having a nap or feeling extremely fatigued. I generally fall asleep for up to an hour, anywhere from 3:00-7:00pm. Then fall asleep for the night at around 10:30.
I’m mid-50’s, healthy and get a fair amount of exercise, eat well. I am fed up with being fatigued.
Is this fairly common at any age? A menopause thing? Pardon me while I have another nap.
