Nearly done three weeks of social distancing already as I have a ropey child with asthma who gets bad chest infections.

Dh is eating everything out of the ficking fridge like it’s xmas

My kids do not stop talking at me all at the same time.

My granny phones me twice a day to tell me what’s she had had to eat. It’s not a two way conversation. She also talks at me, really slowly with lots of gaps. Today she had a cheese and onion pasty.

I’m just fed up now and feel like a right miserable cow. Come here and tell MN why your pissed of got fed up Wine

Yes, every minor irritation is magnified.

10 calls from family today, police haven't been clear with me if I can take a specific journey (they didn't say yes or no but were vague), sound isn't working on site I use to watch programs, and...because we are supposed to cut down on supermarket trips I'm getting confused about what's in date and accidentally ate 3 days out of date seafood then realised afterwards.

Wish me luck for the rest of the evening.

I'll join the grumpy corner as well, I really am getting sick of my family talking to me its constant! The house is constantly in disarray and I'm sick of making 6 people 3 meals a day!

I know I should be grateful we are all healthy and I know we are lucky to be isolated but still it's all getting a bit intense :/

Oh shit Frownette fingers crossed you don’t keel over later.

The sound not working on your channel would take me to a dark place

I have the opposite problem. I'm very lonely. Fed up of my own company. Keep sleeping all the time because there's nothing else to do.

I’m grumpy because I haven’t got any nice food, I have no money to buy any books and to top it off I have the worlds biggest cold sore . Even if I could go out I wouldn’t show my face in public Shock

I’ll join you on the grumpy bench. My colleagues don’t know when to shut up on our endless unnecessary group Zoom calls and my manager hasn’t done a single useful thing all day but is one of those people who is great at convincing everyone she’s super busy. Argh!

I am moving house tomorrow. I am pregnant. DP is completely unable to think for his fucking self and has to be directed with each fucking task. I am fed the fuck up of it.
Hes never done a big house move before, I have. But instead of listening to my advice he doesn’t, I asked him to buy ten newspapers so we could wrap the breakables. For two weeks I asked. He eventually bought two. Fucking two. Because he thought that’s all we would need.
FOR FUCK SAKE YOU FUCKING IDIOT JUST LISTEN, ENGAGE YOUR FUCKING BRAIN AND STAND NEXT TO ME AS A PARTNER AND NOT BEHIND ME LIKE A LEAD FUCKING WEIGHT ON MY SOUL.

I'm grumpy about the competitive "do gooding" and pushy parents all filming their perfect "do gooding" children sing for the old people etc Oh and perfect parents all with their perfect perfect home education set ups - recreating school at home and never allowing more than 5 minutes screen time every 3 weeks!! And how they can use only half a sheet of toilet roll for a week amongst a family of 6.

Sorry!! I'm grumpy!!

Oh yes, I was wondering if I had PMS as I could have exploded with a lot of people today. What is killing me is the stay in touch wellbeing meetings organised by my boss.

They remind me of Little Britain’s weight loss club.

I am definitely grumpy.

Dh is working from home, which means he can pop in every hour or so, to update me on his (non-existent) symptoms. If I have to reassure him once more that coughing a couple of times is different to a persistent cough, and that having a tight chest means struggling to breathe, not having a slight muscular ache between his ribs, and that he does NOT have a high temperature, then I will be finding a use for the huge hole our neighbours have had dug for the foundations of their extension!!

At a minimum, I need to start the day with a coffee, and reading the paper in peace and quiet, but he either comes and talks to me, or stands behind me, reading over my shoulder.

We’ve got ds3 home from university too, so the house is never quiet! Usually dh works away a lot - he can be away2-3 nights and 3-4 days a week, and I have got used to having all that peace and quiet, and now it is gone forever!!

Stuck in with the kids while my OH is out at work, I feel like shit, in pain with my shoulder and having children with a complex metabolic disorder makes lock down harder because they can’t eat everything they want to and makes me feel awful. Lock down makes everything seem more magnified Sad

I'm okay tbh but it's funny, the tone of several emails I've received from usually polite people today has been...tetchy.

Nothing directed at me, and I'm thinking it's the pressure of approaching month end whilst working from home, but yeah. Tetchy folks.
