Please Help - I need a boost!

Posting here for traffic.

I need an energy boost. I had a couple of productive days at the beginning of the week; today I have totally crashed. I'm exhausted, can't do anything, can't get motivated, just want to sleep. I've had two naps so far and still feel exhausted.

DP is out at work; has been doing 12hour + days and weekend overtime. I'm off work (shut down due to C-19), so feel super guilty that I've been so useless.

I'm pregnant (2nd trimester) so overloading on caffeine isn't an option.

What can I do to get some energy back? Any tips?

Extra background - I'm often (usually) exhausted. I'm on iron tablets which help a bit but don't take me back to feeling normal. This has been going on for over a year, so not just pregnancy related. I'm tempted to go back to my GP but I'll wait until the virus stuff settles down as I don't think it's an emergency.

I always liked Berocca. Can you take that when pregnant?

:)

I feel exhausted all the time due to increasing the doses of my epilepsy meds so I do sympathise.
I feel better when I'm very busy like at work when I can concentrate on my work & not on how tired I feel.

I think it's hard when you've got so much free time & feel exhausted to not just give in & keep sleeping.
I stayed in bed til 10 this morning but my cat kept begging for breakfast so I had to get up.
Apparently the key thing is to have a structured day.
Well, I've got 6 days off after tomorrow so will see how that works.
My aim, which I failed in today, is to get a shower by 11am.
Water does help wake you up so a shower at some point is refreshing.

Thank you both.

@LyingWitchInTheWardrobe be never tried Berrocca, I'll see if I can order some. Anything is worth a try.

@Terralee I'll try some more structure tomorrow then and see if that helps. DD is getting me up each morning (thankfully not too early) and her meal times are fairly regular so we've got a bit of a routine but I'll try adding a bit more to it to see if it keeps me going.

I normally work full time, and although I feel wiped out by it, I do manage (just about) so there must be a bit more energy in me to find yet.
