What do you do?
I'd rearrange all the kitchen cupboards.
Hide their TV remotes.
Turn their WiFi off!
Pour piss in the steam iron
Steal the lids from one half of the Tupperware drawer, and the bottom parts of the other half.
Take batteries out of anything I can find. Then put it back. Will take someone ages to decide to check the batteries

Hide one of every shoe.

Unprogramme all the TV channels
Eat all the biscuits
Change phone ringtones
Put cd's/dvds in the wrong cases
Disconnect the WiFi
Change the settings on the heating
Put washing up liquid in the dishwasher
Remove all the full loo rolls and just leave the empties
Spray all their clothes with rank cheap perfume (men) and aftershave (women).
Put washing up liquid in the toilet cistern.
Steal their reddit password 
Take the bedding off all the beds
Hide all the chargers
Swap ink colour in pens
Take fuses out of plugs
Hide the pillowcases
Turn books round the wrong way
Take all the left shoes
Change the WiFi password
Move all the furniture slightly so they keep bumping into it
Put all their tea bags and coffee in the sink and fill it with water
Take all their bedding off
Move the furniture ever so slightly so that they keep walking into things
