Currently reading The Farm by Joanne Ramos, and getting through 6-8% a day (based on Kindle). Previously read Claire North 84K, which is one of the best books I’ve read. Both great if you like Margaret Atwood.

If you like crime/ police procedural books, try Michael Hambling's DCI Sophie Allen series. I'm on book 7 and really enjoyed them all.

Also LJ Ross DCI Ryan books are really good, especially the first one.

The Rivers of London by Ben Aaronovitch. Basically “what would police work be like if there was magic” and they’re really well written page turners.

I agree with Eleanor Oliphaunt too.

The “Wool” trilogy if you like post-apocalyptic.

Lee Child books if you like an easy read action story.

The Secret Diary Of Hendrik Groen 83 1/4 Years Old- by Hendrik Groen ( you should be able to find an English copy, I read it in Dutch,it's hilarious!)

I love science related books, so my most unputdownable book since I started reading it as a blog has got to be The Martian by Andy Weir. I realise it's not for everyone but this kept me up all night reading, his attention to detail was astounding. I was right there on Mars with the main character throughout the book.. Probably up there as one of my all time favourites.
