What do you mean 'bursting'?

Is this some sort of weird stealth boast? Do you normally make a lettuce leaf last until the weekend so a whole salad is a major blowout for you? Confused

If you have repeated, unexplained severe bloating you should see your GP

Iceberg lettuce. It gives me horrendous ibs. Little gem is fine

Have you explored any alien spaceships recently?

Could be food poisoning - perhaps from the salad leaves?

Or IBS if you're bloating.

Low carbing - constipation? That can cause you to bloat.

Or just wind. Lots and lots of it. Try curling up with your tummy against your knees/upper thighs, so gravity puts some pressure on.

don't do this when there's somebody else in the room. The resulting emission tends to be very long and very, very loud

Irritated stomach from the black coffee? I eschew espresso for this reason. I'm fine with a pint of café au pair, no matter how strong.

Ffs! Au lait! Bloody autocorrect!

Sometimes coffee can do this to me. I'm not sure what causes though because it's not every time.

Any onion in the tuna salad? It's a big trigger for IBS for some people.

Stealth boast?

How long have you been low-carbing? What have you been eating over the last few days? Are you constipated?

I bloat with random things (tomatoes, high protein Greek yogurt etc) take a look at the FODMAP diet. It may help.

A couple of rennies should sort you.

OP isn't fucking bragging so fuck off with your stealth boast bollocks, she's obviously in discomfort.

I don't have any words of wisdom OP but if it continues I'd seek medical advice. Hope you're feeling better soon 👍

You have too much acid in your stomach. Caffeine, salad and not eating enough has caused it.

Do you have ibs? Coffee maybe the irritant.

Something like windeeze might relieve your discomfort. Might be something in the salad or dressing that's disagreed with you. I don't like a lot of carbs with a meal but I do often get a tummy ache if I don't have at least a small portion to soak up the stomach acid.

I have gastroparesis, which makes me feel as you describe.
